Base Cheese Options:
Choose between a traditional cheddar or a gouda-style cheddar as the base for your cheese. The entire batch will be consistent with the selected base option.
Colour Options:
Decide if you want your cheese to be white or orange. Once again, the entire batch will have a uniform colour based on your choice.
Yield:
The 850 L vat of milk will yield approximately 210 pounds or 95 kgs of cheese. Each batch of cheese is divided into 12 kg sections for pressing.

Feta in the brine: Additional $25
All Spices: Additional $15 each
Create your unique, customized batch of cheese with our wide range of options and make each bite a delightful experience.
Step One:
Refer to the cutting guide for how to cut the cheese blocks to the correct size.
Step Two:
Prepare your work space by setting out the provided plastic containers.
Step Three:
Place a block of feta in each container and fill to the top with the brine solution provided.
Step Four:
Insert a toothpick in the top of the feta to keep it under the brine solution while the lid is on.
Step Five:
Place the lid on tightly to the container and ensure that every block is covered in the brine solution.
